Bowling Night

Finally, the spring trimester is OVER! One of the most challenging, yet rewarding trimesters yet. As in usual fashion, D2 decided to have an event to celebrate our accomplishments and just hang out together. During our first two years, we saw each other on a daily basis. Sim Lab, lectures, case - we were always together. Now that we have our own patients and respective schedules, it can be weeks before we run into each other on the clinic floor.

Instead of the traditional dinner and drinks, Troy thought that we should get a couple lanes at a bowling alley and just hang out. I took the initiative and found a great little place in Korea Town called Shatto 39 lanes. The lanes and shoe rental were cheap and they had a little kitchen for some burgers, fries, and beers - couldn't ask for more.

Look at that follow through! - No wonder I got this...

Bam! Thank you very much.

You want a piece of this?

Shaheen was just tearing it up with his curve balls.

C'mon Yazan... first rule of bowling, WAIT YOUR TURN!

These are the memories we will look back on and smile. I truly hope that the friendships that are made in these short four years at USCSD will last a lifetime. These people are very special and I cherish each relationship. Thank you Lord for bringing these great friends into mine and Cheryl's life.
