Blue Man Group in FRESNO!

Guess who came to little ol' Fresno.  The Blue Man group!  Over the past few years, Fresno has had a bit of a revival in the entertainment department.  With venues like the Selland Arena, SaveMart Center, and the William Saroyan Theatre, it was only a matter of time before big name acts like Michael Buble, Riverdance, and Tiesto (Internationally famous DJ) came a knocking.  Well, when Cheryl found out that Blue Man Group was coming to town our first instinct wasn't how much are tickets but...Is Kirk still on Tour?  Sure enough, one phone call proved that not only was he on tour, but now that he knew we were living in Fresno, he would get us tickets to the show.  What an awesome friend?  Although there were no backstage VIP privileges like last time (Saroyan theater was much smaller than Bakersfield) we had a great time and the show was incredible.

After the show, we hung out with Kirk and invited him to dinner the next night.  He graciously accepted and we had a great time catching up on all that was new in our lives and reminiscing about the good old days.  He was also extremely grateful for our washer and dryer (laundry tends to build up while living on the road).  It was great to see you again Kirk, and thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule and Rockstar life to hang out with a couple of old friends.  You're a great guy and we are lucky to have you as a friend.  See you next time!
