I'll be the first to admit it. We're blessed. Tuesday is my slow days so after I finished my learning need, we hopped in the car and drove to the beach. Even though Cheryl and I get anxious about her job outlook, we are trying to stay positive and enjoy the time together God has given us. If Cheryl had a job, we wouldn't have the extra time to explore the city and just have fun. Plus, we got a gym membership and go during the early afternoon, while everyone is at work. The long and short of it is that yes, we are working and praying at getting Cheryl a job, but we are NOT stressing out about it. Besides, Cheryl is perfecting her cooking skills, see her personal blog @ cherylskitchen.blogspot.com, and I have someone to come home to after a long (or short) day at school. Our month-long road trip would have been impossible with Cheryl working a full-time job. Needless to say, it's nice for now and this will probably be the last section of time both Cheryl and I will be able to go to the beach on a Tuesday afternoon. School will only get harder and busier, and Cheryl will go from full-time employee to full time mom.
These days are precious few.
