Another home game and another tailgate. This weekend, Psi O was roasting a pig. That's right - you heard me correctly. So you ask, how does a professional fraternity located in the heart of Los Angeles roast a pig. Like this:


Take one pig. Clean out innards. Sandwich between two chain-link fences and cook over a cinder block fire for 8 hours. Voila: Urban pig roast.
