Turkey Day 2010

I can't believe how fast time flies.  It seemed like just yesterday we were all gathering around the dinner table for a delicious Thanksgiving meal.  No complaints here.  As usual, my family pulled out all the stops and delivered an amazing Thanksgiving dinner.  I do look forward to the time when Cheryl and I will be able to host a Thanksgiving meal at our home (whenever that may be).  As our time in LA quickly comes to an end, Cheryl and I find ourselves reflecting on all the "firsts" we've experienced together.  Now, we begin preparing for the long chain of "lasts" here in SoCal - starting with the last time we will celebrate Thanksgiving while living in LA.  Before I get too nostalgic; enjoy some of these mouth-watering pictures of food.

Uncle Robert, Mom, and Aunt Zepure in the kitchen.

The dinner spread - need I say more.

The whole family getting ready to give thanks a start eating!

The preparations begin for the long night ahead. The wind was absolutely brutal.
These are my brothers.  What a great way to end Thanksgiving than  bundled up in a tent outside of Walmart.

Happy Turkey Day Everyone and remember to give thanks for all of your blessings both great and small.
